Gepetto is a delightful place offering delicious wholesome, homemade Brazilian dishes as well as international ones. It has a rustic atmosphere which befits the woodsy area that surrounds it. If you happen to be near the beaches north of Rio go visit it. It's a family restaurant, as well as a romantic one. It deserves your visit.

This is a local place that has been around forever. The food is good with large portions and decent prices. My favorites are the green pizza and the grilled filet mignon. Don't forget their Lemon tart! The atmosphere is casual and essentially a covered pavillion but the fans keep you cool as does the breeze - even on a hot day. I come here everytime I'm home.
